Scott Law
Chairman of the Board
Scott Law is a seasoned property management professional with expertise in residential and commercial properties since 2010. As the owner of Real Property Management Absolute, he assists rental property investors in Southern NH and is an active real estate investor himself. Scott has served on several boards, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nashua, New Hampshire Motor Transport Association, the Exchange Club of Nashua, and The Law Family Companies. He holds a degree in Management & Information Technology and is a New Hampshire Notary Public. In his spare time he can be found on his boat on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Tim Lewis
PRESIDENT
Tim is the Director of Acquisitions at Old Harbor Properties, a Real Estate wholesaling and flipping business. He comes from a background in custom construction, spending many years building high-end custom homes from foundation to finish in the Lake Sunapee region. He also has robust knowledge of the real estate industry from his years as a Realtor® . His goal is to be able to provide the most amount of value possible and is deeply passionate about off-market and creative Real Estate deals.
Brad Roberts
VICE PRESIDENT
Brad Roberts, a native of New Hampshire, has harbored a long-time appreciation for the picturesque Lakes Region, where he has made a significant impact as a real estate investor since 2018. With a passion for working with clients across all price points, Brad is dedicated to fostering strong community ties and providing personalized service. His primary focus lies in the realm of real estate investment, where he excels at helping clients leverage their assets to achieve their financial goals. Brad's ultimate aim is to guide others toward financial freedom through smart, strategic real estate decisions, ensuring they make the most of their investments. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brad enjoys driving tiki hut boats for a local Winnipesaukee business, immersing himself in the vibrant summer activities the lakes offer. Additionally, he is an avid snowboarder, taking full advantage of the winter season in New Hampshire's scenic landscapes. Brad's deep-rooted connection to the area and his dedication to both his clients and his community make him a trusted and invaluable resource in the world of real estate.
Linda Hamada
TREASURER
Linda Hamada, a Cornell Law School graduate, is a former corporate attorney specializing in securities and international law. She has served on prominent boards, including the Asian Advisory Board to the Mayor of Denver, the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Colorado, the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, and the National Association of Investors Corporation, Granite State Board. A certified mediator for Nashua, Linda now focuses on rehabbing single-family homes in southern New Hampshire.
Dan Belanger

Dan Belanger is co-owner of Bar-Bel Industries, a company that offers comprehensive exterior construction services, including high-end patio design and installation, decorative concrete finishes, concrete flooring, site excavation, and drainage solutions.
Kate Brown

Kate is a New Hampshire–based real estate investor and entrepreneur focused on value-add and BRRRR opportunities throughout New England. She’s been involved in real estate for over two decades and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, holding licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance — a career she built alongside her investing — Kate brings a strong analytical foundation and business-minded approach to every deal. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance & Economics and Accounting, along with a master’s in Business focused on Entrepreneurship. Kate currently serves as the New Hampshire President of a nationwide real estate group dedicated to BRRRR investing and investor education. Passionate about collaboration and community, she enjoys helping other investors find creative ways to build wealth and achieve financial freedom through real estate.
Mary Dennehy

I’m a licensed real estate broker and real estate investor with a strong foundation in property management and community leadership. Since beginning my real estate investing journey in 2020, I’ve built a growing portfolio and co-owns a property management company that serves both individual investors and condominium associations with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and long-term value. In addition to managing rental properties, I oversee operations for several condominium association boards—providing strategic guidance, financial oversight, and governance support to help communities thrive. I also serve as Vice President of a BNI Group where I foster professional growth through relationship-building and leadership. With a deep understanding of both investment strategy and property operations, I’m passionate about supporting fellow real estate investors and contributing meaningfully to the success of the investor community.

De Hsieh credits his real estate journey to NHREIA where he attended his first ever real estate meeting in 2019. Several months later he offered and eventually closed on his first investment property in 2020 and continued to grow his portfolio over the next several years. In 2024 he left his career in analytics consulting to pursue real estate full time. He now owns and operates 20 units in New Hampshire. De has a passion for deal underwriting and assisting new investors find their path to financial freedom.
