Jared Williams has been an active Real Estate Investor for the past 3 years. He is currently the President of the NEREIA (New England Real Estate Investors Association), Co-Owner of A&J Properties and First Class Rentals. In A&J Properties, Jared focuses on traditional real estate investing as well as Foreclosures and Pre-Foreclosures (Short-Sales). First Class Rentals focuses on student rentals primarily in the Plymouth, NH area. Currently, Jared owns and manages a variety of rental properties and has worked on dozens of foreclosure situation in the last year and has helped many people discover the true meaning of financial literacy.
