Bernadette Trafton is a single mother constantly seeking stay-at-home work situations to always be available to her children. She is schooled in computer operation and has a diverse administrative background which allows her to assist the Board of NHREIA in a variety of ways. She has had a growing interest in the creative arts of real estate transactions for the past few years and has positioned herself to become as educated and knowledgeable as possible before seeking out her first deal.
Since signing on as Assistant to NHREIA, the key things she has learned from Board members, Speakers and Members are to organize your team (Lawyer, Accountant, Contractors, etc…) and to research property areas and trends before making decisions.
The people at NHREIA have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to partner with you so use them, you get further by helping people and staying ethical than simply going after the all mighty buck and above all else, believe in yourself.
