Vice-President
As Vice President of NHREIA, my main focus will be on helping as many people as possible benefit from NHREIA. My experience in the mortgage industry situates me in a unique position as somebody with the skills to handle not only the technical duties of the position, but also as a person who knows how to listen to what people are saying and help them to translate that into a concrete plan of action specific to their needs and capabilities. I am currently a Senior Loan Officer with Blue Water Mortgage and assist clients with both their residential and commercial needs. Borrowers want to work with trustworthy, dependable professionals to serve their financing needs. I am always straightforward with my clients, and I make it a point to keep my word and deliver on my commitments. By approaching my relationships with the members of NHREIA in the same way, I will help them to realize the maximum benefit from their experience with NHREIA. I have eight years experience as Real Estate Investor, as well as over 6 years at Scudder Kemper Investments as a 401k conversion specialist. I am also a President and Owner of McGrath Property Management, with over fifty accounts, including both residential and commercial accounts. My industry experience is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
