My first Master’s was in Elementary Ed. and my second was in Counseling. I worked as a teacher for a few years and a counselor for about five. Then motherhood hit and ten + years disappeared between diapers and driving. I decided to combine my abilities in teaching and counseling with my interest (and nosiness) in house design and decorating and become a Realtor. It took another ten years for me to wise up and consider real estate investing.” “The experience and expertise of some other board candidates is indeed impressive.
