"Do SOMETHING, even if it’s wrong.” |
|
Ann Bellamy Board Member at-Large Ann began investing in real estate in 1997 purchasing multi-families and improving both the building and the tenant base, looking for upside potential and alternative sources of revenue. She developed a comprehensive analysis spreadsheet to aid in the investment decision, and is willing to work with other investors in their financial analysis of multi's and commercial property. She has built modular homes on spec, and has acquired her first office building in Amherst. Ann has been expanding her activities into hard money loan brokering, and works with investors and lenders in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She lives in Nashua and her current holdings are in Nashua, Amherst and Milford. Her background includes Retail Management, Accounting, Hotel Management, and Software Technical Support. She has held several elected positions with the Friends of the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, including Treasurer and Event Manager, and began her tenure on the board of the NHREIA as Treasurer in January of 2006. Her mantra is "Do SOMETHING, even if it's wrong." Ann can be reached at annbellamy@gmail.com or 603-801-2247 (cell). |
