He is a longtime member of the NH Property Owners Association and has been a member of the NH Real Estate Investors Association for almost two years. Based out of Southern NH, Rick has been actively investing in Real Estate since 1999 and has been a full time investor with his company, Bull’s Eye Properties, LLC, for two years. Rick is familiar and/or has first-hand experience with pre-foreclosures, short-sales, subject 2, options, lease options, rent-2-own, round robin auctions and rehabs. He is a skilled negotiator.
